Attorney Howard Kelman is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Boston University School of Law. He has been practicing law in Plymouth, Massachusetts since 1985. His practice focuses on representing commercial lenders, borrowers and developers in real estate, asset based and SBA loans. In addition, Howard represents commercial landlords and tenants, business entities and borrowers in a wide variety of commercial leasing and business transactions.

Representative transactions: Representation of lender in $7,000,000.00 office park financing; representation of conventional lender and the SBA in a $4,000,000.00 SBA 504 real estate closing; representation of lender in SBA 7a asset and real estate loans totaling $4,000,000.00 for acquisition of liquor store and related real estate; bank counsel in a Massachusetts Development Finance Bond to a non-profit school; and representation of Borrower/developer in a multi-million dollar Bond construction loan transaction.

With over twenty (20) years of experience, Howard has the knowledge, understanding and experience necessary to advise and represent commercial lenders and businesses in a broad array of business transactions throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.

Howard enjoys racing his daughter down the slopes, as well as golfing. He has been Managing Partner at the firm since 2007.
