Brian K. Bowen is lead trial attorney at the firm. Attorney Bowen is a graduate of University of Massachusetts and New England School of Law.

He has conducted numerous jury and jury-waived trials in virtually every division of court in the Commonwealth; in the Superior Court, District Court, Probate Court, Land Court, and Housing Court. Brian has handled a wide variety of cases ranging from a class action with hundreds of plaintiffs, to representing individuals just looking for some simple justice. Brian also represents clients before a variety of administrative agencies and municipal boards, such as the Department of Industrial Accidents, Planning Boards, and Zoning Boards of Appeal.

Brian is also an expert in appellate litigation, with numerous appeals before the Appeals Court, Supreme Judicial Court, and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian's experience and reputation as a trial attorney is reflected in the fact that a significant number of his cases are referrals from other attorneys.
