Attorney Martha J. Awiszus has been practicing law since 1982. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and New England Law-Boston. Attorney Awiszus' practice areas include counseling clients in business matters, preparing and reviewing commercial and consumer related contracts, and debt collection for businesses and individuals. She represents lenders in loan workouts and enforcement actions, including foreclosures, civil litigation and secured creditor rights in Bankruptcy Court. Attorney Awiszus also represents businesses and individuals in employment related matters and disputes.
